With a solid trajectory of more than 13 years in the Global Mobility market, Francesco held leadership positions and was responsible for coordinating teams in Big4 companies. This experience gave him a global vision, allowing him to work effectively with diverse cultures and locations. He has extensive knowledge which covers consultancy on Global Mobility, tax compliance, immigration and social security issues. In addition, it stands out in drafting policies for international transfers, structuring benefit packages and developing global compensation plans.
